What we collect

When you join the IntentAxis early-access list we store your email address, the page and form position you used, campaign parameters present in the link you followed, and the host name of the site that referred you.

We do not store your IP address, full referring URL, query strings, browser fingerprints or any behavioural tracking profile.

Why we hold it

To contact you about IntentAxis product and access updates, and to open early access in cohorts. We record which surface generated your interest so we can tell which explanations of the product are useful.

We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not use the early-access list for advertising to third parties.

Processors

The early-access record is held in our managed application database. Email delivery, when enabled, is handled by an email service provider acting on our instructions as a processor. Providers are used for delivery only — our own record always remains the source of truth.

Retention, unsubscribe and contact

We keep an early-access record until you ask us to remove it or the programme ends. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe control, and unsubscribing suppresses further contact.

To unsubscribe, ask what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, reply to any IntentAxis email or use the unsubscribe control in it.

The product itself

This notice covers the public IntentAxis website and the early-access list. Customer workspace data inside the product is governed by the agreement covering that engagement.
